Zero-Day Vulnerability in Apple iPhone, iPad, and Mac

Apple has released a security update to address a zero-day vulnerability (CVE-2022-22620) that may have been actively exploited.
Successful exploitation of the vulnerability may allow an attacker to execute commands on users' devices remotely.
Users are advised to patch their products to the latest versions immediately:
iOS 15.3.1 and iPadOS 15.3.1: for iPhone 6s and later, iPad Pro (all models), iPad Air 2 and later, iPad 5th generation and later, iPad mini 4 and later, and iPod touch (7th generation)
macOS Monterey 12.2.1: for macOS Monterey
Users are also advised to enable automatic software updates by going to Settings > General > Software Updates > Enable Automatic Updates.
