Active Exploitation of High Severity Vulnerability in Google Chrome

Google has released Chrome 104.0.5112.101 for Mac and Linux, and Chrome 104.0.5112.102/101 for Windows to address multiple vulnerabilities. There are reports that a high-severity vulnerability (CVE-2022-2856) is being exploited in the wild. Google did not provide further information about this vulnerability.
Google Chrome users on Windows, Mac and Linux are advised to install the latest security updates immediately, and are also encouraged to enable the automatic update function in Chrome to ensure that their software is updated promptly. Users of Chromium-based browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Brave, Opera, and Vivaldi are also advised to apply the fixes as and when they become available.
