MyRepublic and ViewQwest Set Up Helplines to Assist Customers

Helplines augment CSA’s SingCERT Hotline to Aid Businesses and Public on WannaCry Ransomware
Internet Service Providers (ISPs) MyRepublic and ViewQwest have also stepped forward to work with CSA to provide assistance on the WannaCry ransomware to businesses and members of the public. The two ISPs have set up helplines to provide advice to their customers. MyRepublic customers can call 6717 1680, while ViewQwest customers can contact 6491 1321.
The helplines will complement the helplines already set up by M1, Singtel, and StarHub. M1 residential customers can call 1627 and corporate customers can call 1622. Singtel customers can call 1688 while its SME customers can call 1606. StarHub SME customers can call 1800 888-8888, which operates 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays. Residential customers can call StarHub’s 24-hour customer care hotline at 1633.
