"The Unseen Enemy" Campaign
Protect ourselves from cyber threats and scams through the adoption of four Cyber Tips.
CSA’s fifth National Cybersecurity Campaign, “The Unseen Enemy” was launched in September 2023.
The campaign concept highlights the “unseen” yet pervasive nature of cyber threats in our everyday life. Whether we are using our devices at home, at work or during our daily commutes, we are unknowingly exposing ourselves to many “unseen” enemies. If we are not vigilant and do not protect ourselves online, we can easily lose our personal data and money to cybercriminals.
We can protect ourselves from cyber threats and scams through the adoption of four Cyber Tips:
Enable 2FA and Use Strong Passphrases
Poor account security makes you an easy target for unseen intruders
Beware of Phishing Scams
A wrong click exposes you to unseen attacks
Update your Software Promptly
Outdated software opens you up to unseen threats
Add ScamShield and Anti-Virus Apps
Unsecured devices leave you vulnerable against unseen criminals
The campaign ads can be seen across various platforms - from bus shelters, MRT stations, Digital Display Panels to social media.
CSA will also partner organisations such as banks and popular eCommerce platforms and online content creators to amplify the campaign’s key messages.
